Darsa Fried Chicken (DFC) has shut down its Bangi outlet, prompting founder and former CEO Jundullah Az‑Zuhdi to clarify that the closure was not linked to racial issues.

Darsa’s Founder Says Store Closure Not About Racial Sentiments

He stressed that the business was never built on racial sentiment, despite the 2024 “Type C” controversy involving a social media administrator. He revealed he has had no role in the company since July 2025, adding that closures often stem from management, financial, and operational challenges rather than racial factors.
