SINGAPORE: A physical altercation broke out at Koufu food court in Toa Payoh HDB Hub on January 3 around 2pm after a middle-aged man allegedly dropped a used tissue into another diner’s meal. The incident involved two men sharing a table with a couple, quickly escalating from verbal dispute to pushing and shoving.

Videos captured the chaos, with a bowl smashed and rice flying onto nearby customers, though no injuries were reported. Food court manager Mr Du confirmed the mess was cleaned up before police arrived. Both parties had fled by then. Several officers were seen patrolling the area afterward.
