A viral statement has gone all over social media in lieu with the US-Denmark situation. It seems that US President Donald Trump is adamant in taking Greenland, which is a part of Denmark. Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said the US has “no right to annex” any part of the Danish Kingdom.
The controversy intensified after a social media post showed Greenland in US flag colors with the word “SOON.”

Others state that the United States can no longer afford an expensive war that would drag on for decades, like the Iraq war. Furthermore, it seems that MAGA supporters are against the Danish government, but the majority of people are supportive of the Danish government defending themselves.
Social media users appear to be tired of the United States “invading” other countries, and say that the rest of the world will not tolerate this anymore.
