His goal was to balance portion size, plating, ambience, and accessibility without compromising quality. The menu ranges from RM9.90 for telur dadar to RM68.90 for ikan siakap sambal berlada, positioning Rembayung above casual eateries but not out of reach.
Khairul emphasized that the restaurant is meant to “welcome everyone,” offering options for both modest meals and special occasions.
