SINGAPORE: A Malaysian-registered white car was filmed tailgating a Singaporean motorist’s vehicle to evade parking charges at a Hougang carpark on December 29 morning. Dashcam footage shared by the Stomper shows the incident near Block 689 Hougang Street 61 at 6.24am, where the foreign car closely followed and slipped out under the raised barrier before it lowered.
