A Form Three male student from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Padang Midin was killed in a road accident on Jalan Kepong, Kuala Terengganu, early this morning. The victim, Noor Hazimi Noor Hashim, died at the scene after his motorcycle collided with a Perodua Axia.
Road Crash
Police said the crash occurred around 7.55am when the motorcycle, travelling straight from Pengadang Baru, was struck by the car coming from the opposite direction. The Axia driver was unhurt. Noor Hazimi had been returning home after refuelling and planned to ride to school with his younger sister. The case is being investigated under the Road Transport Act.
