Simon Sung, CEO of Samsung Electronics Europe, said the company’s goal is “everyday value rather than novelty.” Its in‑house large language model, Samsung Gauss, isn’t sold directly but supports Galaxy AI, which offers features like live translation and transcription. Samsung also showcased AI‑enabled TVs and appliances at CES 2026. With profits expected to triple from memory chip demand, Samsung sees AI as a companion across devices.
