Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) has decided to keep the Overnight Policy Rate (OPR) at 2.75 per cent, saying the country’s economy remains resilient and inflation moderate. Governor Datuk Seri Abdul Rasheed Ghaffour noted that the stable price environment, supported by easing global cost pressures, has allowed BNM to maintain its current stance at the latest Monetary Policy Committee meeting.
