Dallas-Fort Worth and Charlotte Douglas airports remained among the hardest hit, while American Airlines faced the largest impact, with five of its nine hubs severely affected. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said schedules should normalize by Wednesday. Airlines have waived change fees, though coverage varies, as crews and passengers continue to face weather challenges.
