The Court of Appeal in Putrajaya has approved Rosmah Mansor’s request for temporary release of her international passport until April 30, enabling her to visit her daughter in Singapore. The application was submitted by her lawyer Datuk Jagjit Singh during an online proceeding before a three-judge panel.
Temporary Passport
The prosecution raised no objections. Rosmah, wife of former Prime Minister Najib Razak, must return the passport to the court on February 20 before receiving it again on February 26 for travel. She will remain in Kuala Lumpur until her Federal Court appeal is resolved.
