DAP Youth Chief Woo Kah Leong mocked Perikatan Nasional (PN) for failing to appoint a new chairman a month after Muhyiddin Yassin vacated the post. Woo questioned PN’s ability to make basic decisions, noting PAS often claims to have many prime ministerial candidates yet struggles with internal leadership.

His remarks came amid speculation of power tussles between PAS and Bersatu. Woo’s jab also responded to PAS Information Chief Fadhli Shaari, who defended academic reviews of sensitive policies and suggested similar studies on the UEC system. Meanwhile, Federal Territories Minister Hannah Yeoh confirmed a feasibility study on Kuala Lumpur mayoral elections.
