Turmoil in PKR as Wangsa Maju branch meet ends in chaos

All political parties are facing internal squabbles. Just like former Economy Minister Rafizi Ramli said earlier last year. He said all political parties are bleeding internally. We did cover this story. Today, a disgruntled member of the ruling party is making waves after a message attributed to the PolSec of the Minister of Finance. The message says: “Bitter sgt tu. Udah-udah le tu. Move on la.” This is what most pro-PKR people are posting about the latest post by Rafizi on PMX. The info being debated also is news that Rafizi Ramli’s name has been forwarded to the Disciplinary Board of PKR. Now, the pro-Rafizi members are waiting to see if they sanction the former minister. More bleeding in PKR? More popcorns.

Heated Melaka polls

Note: Kamil has been serving as the Political Secretary to the Minister of Finance of Malaysia since 23 January 2023. At the 2025 party election, Muhammad Kamil successfully won the position of PKR Padang Rengas Branch Chief, defeating Lukman Yahaya, with 532 votes against 85 votes. Rafizi lost in that election. But Faizal Rahman on Facebook wrote a missive on ‘Move on’. In the end, he tells the PolSec to wait and see what happens when the party and leaders face the ‘members’ in elections, the like of Melaka. Get the popcorns!

Do not forget that for the Melaka polls, there is another angle. The PKR infighting is one angle. The other angle is the PH-Madani infighting between DAP and Umno on the seats allocation etc and the third most devastating angle will probably be the role that Dr Akmal Saleh will play in the elections.
