GEORGE TOWN – An Indonesian man was killed when a cement truck plunged nearly two storeys into a construction site at Penang Hospital along Jalan Residensi. The incident occurred at 11.29am on February 6, according to Penang Fire and Rescue Department assistant operations director John Sagun Francis.

Indonesian Worker Dies

Rescue personnel from Jalan Perak and Lebuh Pantai stations responded swiftly, with firemen assisted by a crane to extricate the victim from the driver’s seat at 12.55pm. Health ministry officials confirmed the man’s death at the scene. His body was handed over to police, and operations concluded at 1.16pm. More accidents…
