The robbers entered through an unlocked back door while one victim was packing milk in the kitchen. Two victims were injured after being beaten. The suspects fled upon noticing a man arriving on a motorcycle.

Police recovered RM2,000 cash, jewellery, phones, and ICs stolen in the raid. Investigators found seven fingerprints at the scene, now sent to the Forensic Identification Centre, while the K9 unit traced phones along the escape route.
