KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 9 — The High Court heard fugitive businessman Low Taek Jho, or Jho Low, took steps to prevent cheques issued from Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s private AmBank accounts from bouncing. Former AmBank manager Joanna Yu testified that Jho Low instructed her to ensure cheques were honoured, even arranging cash deposits when accounts were overdrawn.
