In Kuala Terengganu, 600 free chickens were distributed at Pasar Chabang Tiga on Tuesday night, drawing over 2,000 people. Organized by Zulfakrul Amin Abd Manan, a local poultry trader, with contributions from entrepreneurs, the initiative aimed to ease the burden of flood victims and those in need. Crowds began queuing as early as 7 PM, with the 500 chickens originally prepared running out in 15 minutes, prompting organizers to add 100 more. Each person received one chicken to ensure fairness. The effort, costing nearly RM10,000, received overwhelming support, and Zulfakrul hopes such acts of kindness inspire others.
