New: Amanah lambasts Pemuda PAS who attacked Anwar

The Pemuda AMANAH Nasional strongly condemned the statement by Afnan Hamimi, the Youth Chief of PAS Malaysia, questioning the sodomy case against Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim during the recent PAS Youth Muktamar. Deputy Chief Danial Al-Rashid emphasized that Afnan’s remarks disrespected the decision of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, who granted Anwar a royal pardon, clearing his name. Danial stated that Afnan’s insistence on revisiting this issue is baseless, especially since the pardon signifies Anwar’s innocence. He suggested that if Afnan remains unsatisfied, he should seek clarification from the former Agong regarding the pardon decision.
