AmBank Group has contributed RM50,000 to Yayasan Raja Zarith Sofiah Negeri Johor for the purchase of 55 tablets bundled with a one-year internet data subscription for underprivileged students in the State of Johor to facilitate home-based teaching and learning sessions.

Tan Sri Azman Hashim, Chairman, AmBank Group says the collaboration with Yayasan Raja Sofiah Foundation Negeri Johor will be able to provide much-needed digital access and invariably help minimise the students’ education disruption.

“In this regard, I would like to commend Her Majesty’s efforts in helping the underserved and bridge the gap caused by the pandemic,” Tan Sri Azman adds.
