Amri Che Mat
The decision comes in response to the government’s appeal against a High Court ruling that granted limited release of the report to Amri’s wife, Norhayati Ariffin. The appeal court has fixed December 13 for case management. The Court of Appeal says it is entitled to read the task force’s report on the disappearance of the activist and decide if it can be released to his wife.
