Anwar never agreed to call off a no-confidence vote

1 min read

Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim says the opposition did not agree that there should not be a no-confidence vote against PM Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

He says this was because the opposition and the government did not include such a deal in the ‘truce’ they signed last week.

But Anwar did not say if the opposition will still proceed with attempts to have a no-confidence vote.
