Astro Awani reported the incident stating that only one ATM machine exploded, and the losses incurred from the robbery is RM 409,000. The incident happened during the early mornings. The main question is, are banks going to stricten their security?
Netizens pointed out if money is stolen from the machine, special dark ink would then be spilled over the cash. Others have a lack of sympathy to the banks as they too have been increasing the OPR rates in the country. Most agree that this looks like a professional robbery.
