CHAGEE Malaysia Issues Apology
The Tear & Win event, held on 16-17 November, celebrated the brand’s 7th anniversary. The brand then contacted the original poster to explain and requested the videos’ removal to protect the employee’s privacy.
They issued a stern warning to others reuploading the video. An internal investigation is ongoing, and the company promises to improve future contest mechanisms with QR codes.
