A commuter recently ranted their feelings on social media after a Rapid KL staff did not fully acknowledged their Touch N Go card. Apparently, he had a custom sticker on their card. Furthermore, not many know that these custom stickers are specifically made for Touch N Go cards.
Commuter now angry at Rapid KL staff
Netizens are siding with the commuter saying that Rapid KL staff can oftentimes be cynical and rude to customers. Most are not appreciative of their coarse jokes and attitude when it comes to topping up their Touch N Go. This problem would be solved if credit/debit cards are sooner accepted at stations.
Others state that they placed a sticker on their IC card containing their parent’s phone number just in case anything happens to them. However, some Rapid KL staff members proceeded to mock the individual’s choice to do so.
