3 days ago (edited)Mr. Hudson: “Mr. Chew, does TIKTOK access the home Wi-Fi network?” Mr. Chew: “only if the user turns on the Wi-Fi”. If someone is asking that question, you know they really shouldn’t be asking questions in the first place.

3 days agoI don’t think TikTok’s gonna get banned. They’ve been talking about it for years and haven’t done it. I don’t use the platform and don’t plan to make one, but honestly I just don’t see it getting banned. The elected officials asking these dumb questions just make my belief that it’s not gonna get banned stronger. I don’t care what happens to the platform but I will say if TikTok really does harm our privacy like what people our saying, how come not a lot of people are calling out other companies for doing the same thing?
