A crocodile sighting in the Klang River near Masjid Jamek has prompted the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (Perhilitan) to install warning signs. Perhilitan Director-General Datuk Abdul Kadir Abdul Hashim confirmed the reptile was spotted last Friday at 3.30pm. A viral video showed the crocodile, estimated to be eight feet long, emerging from the water. Another video of a crocodile near a mosque in Klang also gained attention. Similar sightings have occurred before, including a massive crocodile at Shah Alam Lake last year. Authorities are monitoring the situation to ensure public safety as concerns over crocodile appearances grow.
