The 30-minute questioning took place at Woo’s office, with his lawyer Syahredzan Johan present. Police from Gerik District Headquarters seized Woo’s iPhone and SIM card for the investigation, prompted by an undisclosed report. Woo defended the caricature as satire, a legitimate democratic critique, vowing to uphold freedom of speech and expression.
