On April 9, e-hailing driver Kok, 55, was driving Datin Seri Pamela Ling Yueh to the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya when three vehicles intercepted his car. “Two men wearing police vests and a woman in a police uniform” claimed they were detaining Pamela for an investigation. “I was forced to press ‘complete job’ before my MyKad and driving licence were taken,” Kok said. Pamela resisted but was pulled from the car after paying RM100. The suspects took Kok’s details and left. Pamela, 42, has been missing since, with police investigating a possible abduction by impostors.
