East Coast Expressway 3 Project Pending Finalization

The proposed East Coast Expressway 3 (LPT 3) project, estimated at RM9.8 billion, is yet to be finalized. Deputy Works Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan said the fully tolled highway, running from Kampung Gemuroh to Kampung Tunjong, requires careful feasibility evaluation for concessionaires.

East Coast Expressway 3 Project Pending Finalization

No tender has been awarded as the request for proposal (RFP) process is ongoing. The toll is expected to be RM70 from end to end. Additionally, 26 infrastructure projects in Sabah have been approved for 2024-2025, totaling RM18.62 billion, with RM1.59 billion allocated for this year alone.
