Fake Documents, Loitering Raise Alarm at KLIA: 64 Blocked

The Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency (AKPS) blocked 64 foreign men from entering Malaysia during a routine operation at KLIA Terminal 1 in Sepang. Officers conducted random checks on 330 travelers, focusing on suspicious individuals loitering near the arrival hall.

Authorities found 57 Bangladeshis, five Indians, and two Pakistanis failed to meet immigration requirements. Some used fake documents, including invalid hotel bookings and fabricated return tickets. The operation aims to uphold strict border control and national security.

AKPS reaffirmed its commitment to preventing fraudulent entry and safeguarding Malaysia’s sovereignty from external threats at all entry points.
