BACHOK — A family outing turned tragic when two brothers, including a firefighter, were swept away by strong waves at Pantai Kandis, Jelawat. The incident occurred at 5.15 p.m. as Ahmad Badrul Naim Ab. Wahab, 32, a firefighter from Bayan Baru, Penang, and his younger brother Ahmad Nurudin, 21, attempted to rescue their 12-year-old nephew, Mohd. Ali Al Imran.
