A former deputy Finance Minister tweeted he is Missing #Parlimen in what appears to be a teaser against the Perikatan Nasional government.
Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin is facing backlash for using what his opponents call ‘delaying tactics’ to get the Parliament going.
Ahmad Maslan, the former deputy minister, is adding salt to the injury.
“So, I stopped to take pictures in the middle of the road because there were no vehicles passing by.
When do you think the parliament will sit? YDP #Agong has said 3 times that Parliament can sit even in an #emergency,” he tweets.
He is chiding the responsible parties for not listening to the advice of the King of Malaysia who urged the government to have a parliamentary sitting before the end of the emergency.
