There is turmoil in the PN now because some Gerakan members apparently want their party to leave the coalition headed by TS Muhyiddin Yassin.
Kelantan Gerakan leader Ong Khang Woon stated that he knew who are the mastermind behind the attempt to force the party out of the coalition in opposition in Parliament. He wants the party to be careful in making a decision to leave PN,

“We cannot make decisions based on sentiments. We need data analysis and convincing arguments if we want to get out of this coalition,” he told a news website. Many are worried that Gerakan will not get a chance to win in Penang if it stays with PN.
