Recently, a viral post on X shows that a few guests were kicked out of their room in a guest house and were angry at the owner for kicking them out in such a manner. However, netizens are defending the owner citing that they need time to prepare for the next guests and a business cannot cater to individuals.
Guest House owner kick out guest checking out late
X users state that the aunty (the owner) is running a business, not a homeless shelter for her to accommodate to guests who are checking out late. If they were to check out at 2:40pm, she would then have only 20 minutes to clean up after their mess.
Netizens said after the guests listed out their complaints on social media, they are in the wrong. The owner tried to contact them but they did not pick up the calls, and checking out at 2:40pm at any establishments warrants an extra day of full payment.
