Speaking at PAS’s 71st annual congress, Hadi argued that true governance must be based on Islamic principles and warned against liberal capitalism, which he claimed is failing globally. He emphasized restructuring the economy to prevent wealth concentration and called for moral accountability. Hadi also urged balanced urban development and inclusive participation.
The congress was attended by key Perikatan Nasional leaders, including Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin.
