Speaking after officiating a new lane on the Seremban-Kuala Pilah road, he shared that 28,000 complaints had been received via the MYJalan app since its 2023 launch, with 30% under JKR’s jurisdiction.
He encouraged local authorities to take swift action, urging the public to report issues through the app. Nanta emphasized collaboration between road users and agencies to enhance road safety and durability.
