How Did A Family In Full-House Lockdown Get Infected?
Dumbfounded mother Madam Noriah Bakar says the family is in full lockdown at home and yet they got infected by the Delta variant.
“We’re dumbfounded because since mid-April, my husband has only been out once to collect work documents, and I only left the house twice about three weeks ago for my vaccination appointment and to buy bread,” the homemaker from Subang Jaya, in the state of Selangor, told The Straits Times.
The family says they rely heavily on online services for groceries though it is costly.
They add they cannot think what they did wrong to get infected by the virulent variant.

Officials are saying the virus is now airborne and this could be a cause of infection.
