Netizens are almost fed up with Kuala Lumpur’s aging and improper infrastructure with regards to yesterday’s flooding. They are tired of having roads all jammed up due to the flash floods when construction for infrastructure in the city are expected to withstand heavy rain as we are living in such a climate.
Netizens were asking if the floods were caused by bad infrastructure or with excessive garbage clogging up the drains. They further went on saying that our public transportation system is usually not accessible as it was meant to be and that the city is mostly non pedestrian friendly.
They also mentioned that if we do not take care of our city well that it might be something like how Jarkata has become. Proper city planning is not just building 50 story condominium that nobody can afford, but building proper public transportation systems that are accessible and to reduce the mishaps that are happening as much as possible.
