This is probably due to the boycotts that are being faced by traditional fast food chains. However, netizens are recommending others to try Jollibee, a fast food chain from the Philippines.

Since it is a Filipino restaurant, some state that there is a chance you’ll find people from the Philippines or Sabah eating at this restaurant. This is because Jollibee is popular over there. It is still relatively new for Kuala Lumpur, and the locations are still scarce.
Netizens state that the restaurant serves nearly authentic fusion Filipino dishes across asia. However, duly note that it is still considered to be a fast food chain restaurant, hence the authenticity of the ethnic food taste will vary.
