JAKARTA – A self-proclaimed ustaz in Karawang, West Java, was caught in a compromising situation with a married woman, sparking outrage among locals. The incident unfolded around 2pm in Tirtajaya when the pair were secretly meeting, only to be exposed by the woman’s daughter-in-law, identified as EE, who recorded their encounter. The scandal quickly escalated as residents surrounded the couple before handing them over to Karawang police for questioning. Authorities confirmed both individuals have been detained while investigations continue.
