PETALING JAYA – The lawyer for the parents of Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin will send a second application on Monday to the police to meet the couple says Fahmi Abd Moin. He says his party hopes to meet the couple before the six-day remand period ends, this Wednesday.

“Currently, we are still not given access to meet the client, and we have not even received any response from the first application. Thus, we will send a second application tomorrow (Monday) to meet them,” he adds. Last Friday, the Petaling Jaya Magistrate’s Court granted an application to extend the remand of Zayn Rayyan’s parents until this Wednesday to assist in the investigation into the child’s murder.
