Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) announced the purchase of 30 Boeing aircraft, including 18 Boeing 737-8 and 12 Boeing 737-10 models, with an option for 30 additional units, as part of its fleet modernization strategy.

Equipped with CFM LEAP-1B engines, MAG has also secured full maintenance coverage with CFM International, including five spare engines. MAG Group Managing Director Datuk Captain Izham Ismail stated that the new planes align with the company’s long-term growth plans, offering superior fuel efficiency, extended range, and improved passenger comfort.
The announcement was made during a ceremony for MAG’s Narrowbody Aircraft Replacement Order initiative.
