However, there are others who are calling the person out for speaking against the country’s acceptance towards the community. Among Malaysians, it is a mixed bag when it comes to the acceptance of said community.
Malaysian getting attacked for criticizing Thailand’s acceptance of LGBT community
It appears that the Malaysian who criticized Thailand is an influencer in the IT realm. Others are stating that he should not visit Brazil as there is a big statue of Jesus Christ there. He was also criticizing the fact that there were drag queens in broad daylight performing. However, many are emphasizing that he is not in Malaysia.
There were a couple of homophobic remarks from other Malaysians regarding this issue. Some are calling it the “devil’s” doing. The original poster states that he even had to close his children’s eyes while passing by the areas with certain inappropriate performances.
