Checks revealed he owed nearly RM25,000 after buying a Perodua Myvi for his former girlfriend, who stopped paying after their breakup.

Despite repossession attempts, the car remained with her, leaving him legally liable. The case highlights the risks of signing loans for others. Mazlina urged boundaries, warning that financial responsibility ultimately falls on the borrower, regardless of promises made during relationships.
