A man in his 40s has been detained after a viral 59‑second video showed him repeatedly throwing a kitten against a wall and mattress at a self‑service laundry in Kajang. The Selangor veterinary services department confirmed the arrest following public complaints and an inspection at the site. The incident occurred around 3.40am yesterday.
