In Singapore, a TikTok user decided to order some McDonalds fries, and what they got in return is hundreds of french fries packets. McDonalds however responded to their complaint and sent a replacement order immediately.
Even the delivery rider who sent those items was confused about the order. The customer mentioned that they’re confused as well as they didn’t order this. The original poster also joked that if this is a collaboration with McDonalds or not.
It is uncommon but again it’s probably due to some technical error that McDonalds is facing, not just in Malaysia but also Singapore. Most netizens in the comment section took it lightly and made jokes out of the situation.
