Southeast Brigade PGA Commander, SAC Ahmad Radzi Hussain, said the arrests were made during Op Taring Wawasan Kelantan following intelligence reports. Initial investigations revealed the migrants were brought through Thailand before crossing into Malaysia, intending to work as construction laborers. They were handed over to police for further action under the Immigration Act.
