Netizens defending Malaysian student for “after party” drama?
An X user who was the President of the Nottingham Malaysian Society stated that half a decade ago, they hosted an event and had a halal after party. Following that, some netizens state that the student has a right to voice out her frustrations and concerns.
However, there are some users who are not defending her as well. Others feel that she should also understand that the after party is for those who are interested in joining and nobody is obligated to join in. Regardless, this is an agree to disagree situation and both sides have strong points for their reasonings.
