Registration and updating of PADU is free. No fees are charged. But some people on some social media platforms are asking people who are having issues to register for PADU to contact them. They are supposed to help the people register, with a fee.

The Ministry of Economy says, “If there is a party that offers a paid service to register PADU, please be careful. In addition to wasting money, your personal data is also in their hands.”
Register PADU for free at http://padu.gov.my.
If you need to go to a physical counter, contact the respective state DOSM office.
