Kuala Lumpur: Pakatan Harapan is not in favour of an abrupt reopening of the country.
The opposition is referring to Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin’s speech in which the latter says the federal government is reopening the country for people with double vaccination.
Dzulkefly says the vaccination coverage is still low and uneven across states. He urges the government to learn from past mistakes and to only gradually lift the restrictions, not abruptly.
