Just yesterday, we talked about a White woman getting angry at the desk attendants at KLIA, and again there’s another woman who was being rude to the ground staff at the airport. However, this time, the attendant scolded the customer back for being rude to her.
Passenger rage at KLIA
Netizens state that the customers are not always right, sometimes manners will bring you further than you think it would. Furthermore, netizens recommended Malaysia Airlines to make a police report as their staff were harmed by an unruly customer that day.
Another netizen tweeted a story of a passenger hurting a gate attendant by smashing the window was also a subject of debate. Unfortunately, this incident was not recorded and that the staff who was the victim of the incident was covered in blood.
There were some criticisms about the staff yelling at the customer “this is not our problem,” as someone in the customer service industry, they are to provide solutions to a problem. Suggestions of KLIA staff having body cams in order to protect their safety has also been brought up.
